Appliance Instructions / Information
Dishwasher

We provide a supply of tablets under the sink or sitting on the counter upon your arrival. You’ll need to insert one into the flip box container on the inside of the dishwasher door. Then press the program button of your choice - there are a few settings which are obvious - then press the start button.

Refrigerator

You shouldn’t need to adjust any settings. If you run into any difficulties (e.g. it's not cooling efficiently) please let us know.

Range

The stove is a standard size four-burner electric stovetop with an electric oven.

Laundry

The washing machine and separate dryer are located in the front closet. To operate the washing machine, simply select the program you want, place the detergent table in the washer drum with your clothes. Close the door and hit start. There are detergent tablets on top of the washer that you’re welcome to use.

To operate the dryer, place your clothes in the drum. Choose your setting but before you close the door, make sure the lint tray is empty (or your clothes will not dry). Close the door and hit start.

Coffee/Espresso Machine

We love our fully automatic coffee and espresso machine with frothing chamber! Check out the video on how to use it!

Thermostat (Heating & Cooling)

You’ll find a smart thermostat on the living room wall that allows you to control the temperature of the home. If you're running the air conditioning, please ensure that all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure it operates at the maximum efficiency. We recommend a setting of 70-72F which we find keeps the place at a comfortable temperature. We understand that you might want your thermostat set a little different. If you would like the thermostat set to a temperature outside of the range, please message us and we can make the adjustment remotely for you!

Televisions

Enjoy our smart TV's! You’ll find the remote control next to the television or nearby. All remotes are labeled with matching dots on the remote and the tv which identifies the room they belong to. You can also log into any streaming services available. Please just remember to log out of your accounts before you head off.

If something isn't working properly and we can't correct it remotely, we will send a technician out at their first availability.
