Quiet Times

Windsor Hills is a family oriented community and we have designated “quiet time” between 11pm and 7am. Please respect this policy and remember to keep the noise down, particularly in the open areas at night. Noise from talking and music outside the condo carries a long way.

Excessive noise and events of concern can be reported to the Osceola Sheriff’s Departments non-emergency number at 407-348-2222 and they will be pleased to help you.

• If there is an immediate emergency dial 911.

• The Security guards are not permitted to leave the gates.

• In the event of any thefts occurring please report to the Sheriff immediately.

Breakages

We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like hear from you before our inspectors let us know after you leave. Thank you!

Smoking Policy

This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping. A BIG fine will be incurred if home is smoked in. Really the only place you are allowed to smoke in the resort is in the parking lot. As long as you are standing on road tar, you are fine.

Pets

We love animals but the community HOA does not allow animals in the condo community and we do not allow animals in our home. If you bring unauthorized animals, you will be removed immediately from the property and subject to any HOA fines levied.
