Departure Information / Late Check-out Info

Check-out Time

Check-out time is strictly 10am. If you are absolutely unable to leave by 10am, contact the property management office. The number is located on the information sheet near the front door. A late charge may be incurred.

Check-out Process

Before your departure, we’d appreciate if you would take care of the following:

· Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.

· Place used towels on the bathroom floors.

· Load the dishwasher and start it.

· Empty all the trash and place it bagged up in the Bench-mate trash bin outside the door.

· Move all furniture and items back to original locations.

· Log out of any streaming services you may have added.

· Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.
