Trash Collection

At Windsor Hills, each condo is equipped with a bench-mate to store trash until it is collected. The bench-mate is located just outside the front door of the condo.

Trash will be collected in the morning every day including National Holidays.

• Loose trash in the bench-mate will not be picked up.

• All trash MUST be in 13-gallon trash bags. This means NO SUPERMARKET BAGS will be picked up.

• If trash is not properly bagged it will not be picked up.

• Although there is no limit on the number of 13 gallon trash bags they will pick up, in order to eliminate bag breakage no heavy weighing bags will be picked-up.

• All cardboard boxes including pizza boxes, MUST be broken down and tightly packed.

• Liquids should be poured down the sink and not placed in the trash bags.

• All glass bottles, diapers, metal cans and loose food needs to be double bagged.

Trash that is not properly disposed of using the above guidelines, will not be collected.

For your convenience, trash can be taken to the compactor which is located behind the condo.

It is VERY IMPORTANT you do not leave any food or trash bags outside of the bench-mate or compactor. Ants, insects and other forms of wildlife will find it almost immediately & could find their way into the condo.
